Your crew’s data stays yours
Passports, medicals and hours of rest are the crew’s records. STOW treats them that way.
One vessel, one boundary
Every record, photograph and document is scoped to the vessel at the database. No boat can see another’s.
Named permissions
Who may edit inventory, approve leave or endorse a record is a named permission, not a guess from rank. Nobody can raise their own.
The record is the crew’s
A rest record is signed in the seafarer’s name and endorsed by the Master. Removing anyone deactivates; what the crew did and earned stays.
